About Me

I was raised most of my life in a small town in Vermont, with my two brothers and two sisters.

I moved around a lot, most of my adult life living in Vermont, Massachusetts, Virginia, North Carolina, but settled in Florida.

Although I missed the ocean, I couldn’t ignore my love for the great outdoors of the mountains.

A single mother of two beautiful, daughters, I strive every day to be the best for them.

Diagnosed at 15 with bipolar disorder, manic depression, anxiety, ADD, and then in later years, PTSD with the suicide of my younger brother. Regardless, I push forward, seek out any help I may need, and experiment with new treatments as often as possible.

Striving to spread factual information and personal experience about my own mental health struggles and addiction with the end goal being to help people, who suffer among us in silence.

Let’s work together to end the mental health stigma.
